This box is a summary. The full text below is what applies.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Lstand is run by Celestel Enterprises LLC, a company based in the United States. In these pages "we", "us" and "our" mean Celestel Enterprises LLC, and "you" means the person who makes an account or buys the course.

Email: celestelincorporation@gmail.com. There is also a contact form.

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using this website and the Lstand course. You agree to them when you make an account, and they cover your purchase too. If you do not agree, do not make an account or buy the course.

Three other pages are part of this agreement: the privacy policy, the refund policy and the earnings disclaimer.

2. Who can buy

3. Your account

4. What you are buying

The Lstand course is a set of video lessons, with written notes and downloads, that teach one way to start and run a small business selling Google review stands to local shops. The videos are streamed from Vimeo inside your account. You need an internet connection and a current browser.

You are buying education. You are not buying stands, stock, software, leads, customers, a sales territory or coaching calls, unless a page on this site says in plain words that one of those is included.

We may add lessons, re-record them, or replace one that has gone out of date. We will not remove the core of what you paid for.

5. Price, tax and payment

6. How long your access lasts

We call it lifetime access. Here is exactly what that means: you can use the course for as long as we offer it, and in any case for at least 2 years from the day you bought it. It does not mean your lifetime or ours, and it does not mean forever.

If we ever plan to close the course, we will tell members by email at least 30 days before, so you have time to finish the lessons.

Short breaks for maintenance or outages at the companies we rely on (Cloudflare, Vimeo, Stripe) can happen. We will fix what is in our hands as fast as we can.

7. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. The refund policy has the details and is part of these terms.

8. Your licence to the lessons

When you buy, we give you a personal licence to watch the lessons and use the downloads to build your own business. The licence cannot be transferred, sold or handed to somebody else, and it lasts as long as your access does.

You can:

You cannot:

If you want the course for a team or a class, email us first and we will work something out.

9. Acceptable use

Do not:

10. Education, not advice

The course is general education based on our own experience. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and we do not know your situation. Talk to a qualified professional where you live before you make decisions that need one, such as registering a business, charging sales tax or signing a contract.

11. No promise of income

We teach a method. We do not promise that you will make sales or earn any amount of money, and many people who buy a course about starting a business earn little or nothing. The earnings disclaimer says this in full and is part of these terms.

12. Your business is your responsibility

What you do with the course is up to you, and so is doing it lawfully. In particular, you are responsible for:

We are not a party to any deal between you and your suppliers or customers.

13. Who owns what

We own the course: the videos, notes, downloads, the site design, its text and the Lstand name and logo. Buying the course gives you the licence described above and nothing more.

Lstand is an independent course. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google Maps and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names that appear in the lessons, such as Stripe or Vimeo, belong to their owners. We mention them only to describe what they do.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them to improve the course without owing you anything.

14. Honest reviews are welcome

Nothing in these terms stops you from posting an honest review of Lstand, good or bad, anywhere you like. We will never penalise you, charge you or end your access for doing so. This follows the United States Consumer Review Fairness Act, and it is also how we want to run things.

15. Ending or pausing access

The parts of these terms about the limits of your licence, who owns what, honest reviews, warranties, what we owe, claims against us and which law applies keep applying after your access ends.

16. The course comes as it is

We make the course with care, but we provide it and this site "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we give no warranties beyond what is written in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not promise that the site will never go down, that every lesson is free of mistakes, that the method will suit your town, or that Google, suppliers or anyone else will keep their products, prices or policies the same.

Some countries and states do not allow these limits for consumers. If yours is one of them, you keep the rights your law gives you.

17. Limit on what we owe

As far as the law allows, the most we owe you for any claim connected with the course or this site is the amount you paid us for the course. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says cannot be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

18. If your actions cause a claim against us

If somebody brings a claim against us because of how you ran your business, because you broke these terms, or because you broke a law or a Google policy, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim. We will tell you about the claim promptly. This section does not apply where the consumer law of your country does not allow it.

19. Which law applies and where disputes go

Talk to us first. Email celestelincorporation@gmail.com and give us 30 days to sort the problem out. Most things are fixed with one email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes that we cannot settle between us go to the state or federal courts located there.

If you are a consumer living outside the United States, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

20. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms, for example when the law or the course changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If a change matters to members, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site at least 14 days before it takes effect.

A change never reaches back. It cannot shorten the access you have already paid for or the refund window on a purchase you have already made. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the course and delete your account before it takes effect.
